Summary

Adds StandingWitnessActionProvider to AgentKit TypeScript.

Standing Witness provides epistemic standing verification and circuit breaker evaluation for autonomous agents on Base and EVM networks before executing irreversible actions.

Actions

• standing_audit: Epistemic standing and claim verification.
• circuit_breaker_gate: Pre-execution confidence gate to halt compromised or hallucinated actions.

Verification & Testing

• Includes unit tests in standingWitnessActionProvider.test.ts.
• Supports zero-cost dry runs via mock: true for testing and development.
• Production payments supported via x402 USDC on Base or credit pack tokens.

1. Onchain Verifier Contract (): Enabling immutable, gas-efficient onchain verification of Standing Marks on Base without requiring offchain calls.
2. Decision Integrity Score (DIS) Specification (): A non-probabilistic, fail-closed benchmark assessing autonomous agent reliability against epistemic trespassing and coherent substitution ((c) \le P(c)$).
