Description
PHPStan 2.1.36 just released with include regression fix for deep cloning
https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan/releases/tag/2.1.36
that fix the original Node not processed under VirtualNode.
This PR bump it and use latest rector 2.3.4 that uses it.
