[sap-document-ai]: Malware Scanning Integration #104

Documents submitted for extraction are currently forwarded directly to Document AI without prior malware scanning. This poses a security risk, particularly in multitenant deployments where uploaded content may originate from untrusted sources.

Assess and implement integration with the SAP Malware Scanning Service to scan uploaded documents before they are forwarded to Document AI.

The integration should ensure that only documents that pass the malware scan are processed, with appropriate handling of scan failures or infected files.
