When the agent lands on a captcha challenge in a BU cloud browser, the solver runs server-side and the page advances on its own — but only if the agent stops driving and waits ~10 seconds. Without this hint the agent will tend to retry-click or treat the page as broken. Local browsers (Way 1, Way 2) don't have this, so the note explicitly scopes it to cloud.
