Adds a combined AWS Support case and Trusted Advisor reliability reporting capability:

  • skills/support-and-ta: ranks the top 5 AWS services by support case count per account, surfaces critical (status error) Trusted Advisor findings, and cross-references the two to flag compounding risk in the same account/service. Includes a report template in assets/ and eval definitions plus v1 evaluation results.
  • custom-agents/support-and-ta-report: runs the skill on a schedule, builds a tiered Improvements list (HIGHEST/HIGH/MEDIUM), emits one recommendation per item, and refreshes a single persisted artifact.
  • llms.txt: register the new skill and custom agent.

Both reference the Optira support-case insights MCP server, which is maintained in its own repository and connected as a capability provider rather than bundled here.
