… dark mode

Renames the diagram's Hydrator -> Offline Hydrator and Cache Server -> Online Hydrator. Dark mode is handled by splitting into separate light/dark SVGs toggled via Tailwind dark: classes, matching the existing ps-light.svg/ps-dark.svg convention, since a single SVG with an embedded html.dark rule gets stripped as dead code by SVGO when @svgr/webpack inlines it.

Description

We want to remove "cache server" as a customer-facing term.

Testing

I ran the docs site locally and tested dark/light mode
