ℹ️ Just blocking this pull-request with a request as testing from the Docs Management team has not happened for the updates to /snippets and there are pending questions from our wider Docs Team on the updates to docs.json.

closing as this will be superseded by the IA work (which is actually going to add a developer tools section at the top level anyway!). lmk if there are any concerns though |

Added a new "Developer Tools" tab to the documentation showcasing Auth0's configuration and deployment tools.
