board-vendor-logos: update EasePi vendor logo to Linkease

This pull request updates the vendor logo for EasePi boards from the old easepi-logo.png to the new linkease-logo.png.

The EasePi product line has been rebranded under the Linkease name, and this change updates the logo to reflect the new brand identity while maintaining compatibility with existing board configurations.

• Deleted: board-vendor-logos/easepi-logo.png
• Added: board-vendor-logos/linkease-logo.png
