Incorrect display of Russian language with the correct font

Description of the issue

I installed the font Cyr-Sun16 and got incorrect display of Russian text. The same problem occurred when setting the same font in the settings archinstall. With other languages everything is fine, like Ukrainian.

Virtual machine config:

Could this be introduced by #4356 ? (I'm a bit confused at this PR) It seems to only set one font for ukrainian:

Oh, no, you understand, I just chose Ukrainian to continue working with archinstall, Because it's understandable to me, and I can use it to understand what I'm installing. But I just chose it as an example; I'd really like to see the Russian language correctly and without the messy encoding. Ukrainian is not connected in any way here; the problem is specifically with the Russian language and its encoding or incorrect display.
