Purpose
Reorganize .gitignore by grouping entries into clear categories (OS, IDE, AI Assistants, Java/Maven, Python, Native build artifacts, Misc) with sub-comments and alphabetical ordering within each section. Also add .claude, .cursor, .qoder to ignore AI assistant config directories.
