Why are the changes needed?
Fix #7457. Log4j throws NPE when rendering a Throwable with concurrently-mutated suppressions, it is fixed in https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2/releases/tag/rel%2F2.26.0 (see apache/logging-log4j2#3929).
