Add table.statistics.columns to the alterable table options whitelist,
and add an integration test that verifies filter pushdown works correctly
across dynamic statistics configuration changes: disabled → subset → wildcard.
The test covers 4 phases:
- Phase 1: Statistics disabled — filter NOT pushed to source
- Phase 2: ALTER to subset ('amount') — filter pushed for amount, not for score
- Phase 3: ALTER to wildcard ('*') — all column filters pushed, combined filter verified
- Phase 4: Cross-phase query — mixed statistics coverage batches coexist correctly
