This PR adds minimal "PicoWordCount" example to demonstrate a simplified Apache Beam wordcount pipeline with fewer concepts than MinimalWordCount.

  • Focuses on core transforms only
  • Removes additional configuration and complexity
  • Intended as a beginner-friendly entry point
