Fill 193 missing Simplified Chinese UI translations for settings, keyboard shortcuts, filters, and review panels. This brings zh-CN coverage from 82.3% to 100% (1,089 required entries).
Remove 12 stale keys, translate the remaining English labels, and align the updated strings with existing terminology, plural forms, and interpolation conventions.
