fix(tui): render move errors inline

Summary

• replace the move dialog toast fallback with a dialog-local Solid error boundary
• render resource failures inline without taking down the rest of the TUI
• support retry by remounting the resource-owning dialog content
• cover both project directory refresh and secondary-project lookup failures
