I believe tag should be tag_name

Yeah, this was not the only thing, I had updated it in 746d9ee, but it still failed with 0.6.1 tag.

Oh, it seems that I've fixed the wrong file... Thank you!

EDIT: it seems that this PR modified a file that is no longer used, so I removed it for less confusion.

ci(bcr): remove the old workflow and cleanup new.

Removing the unused workflow and fixing a few things in the new
one to hopefully fix it. PR #56 was attempting to modify the old
unused workflow.

Work towards #55.
