Issue try to resole :
After docker build, Conda env cannot access internet thru default channel due to Anaconda ToS requirement for commercial use case
I have made changes to below vitis-ai-gpu.dockerfile to achieve an Enterprise ToS-compliant build, for commercial use case.
Summary of changes :
default channel is removed to be ToS-compliant
swap default channel with ToS compliant Anaconda channel
Found removing .condarc will trigger default channel been automatically added back, so commenting out to ensure ToS compliant
