Replace `useTailwindBreakpoints` hook with a breakpoint signal. - Example `bp().lg` to detect a large screen - create media queries based on the css variables for breakpoints - use change event listeners on the media queries to update the signal, debounced - rename `2xl` to `xxl` so it can be used without array access `bp()["2xl"]`
