Summary
Adds the foundation of the member dashboard. From what I can tell, this is the farthest that we have ever gone on a member dashboard. The old Firebase version doesn't even have this, and all it has is a very basic version without any other capabilities.
I'm aware that the Lighthouse performance has gone down but this will be done on a seperate pass once everything else is done.
