Fixes being able to open and close doors when the drivers door is broken or non-existent.

I noticed that once the driver's door is broken off that I was unable to open or close any door and it led me here. It was also a problem for the airtug that has no driver's door, once the bonnet opened the menu was unable to close it again. |
