Note that in addition to the raw commands that just talk to redis, a loop-retry extension method is also provided here that respects the
RetryAfterSeconds(from the4) <reply-after> # number of seconds after which caller should retry.value in Redis terms) value combined with aTimeSpan allowparameter (andCancellationTokensupport).
