In the design it looks like different colors appear for different "Agents" which are Users with a Profile id or groups for that matter. We should have a way to find a specific color for an Agent or an agentGroup.
this could be the one in User Preferences in the new design below.
And for groups I wonder if we can add configuration for this in contacts-pane (if we want to do this I can create a ticket there)
