Add KashCal to Calendar section

KashCal

• Installed and tested by me on my main smartphone and used for about 15 minutes or more.
• Has dark theme.
• It has x trackers on [εxodus](N/A - not on Google Play yet).
• It has x F-Droid [Anti-Features](N/A - F-Droid submission pending).
• I use the app on a daily basis.

Notes

• iCloud sync support - one of the few FOSS Android calendars that syncs with iCloud CalDAV
• Apache 2.0 licensed
• F-Droid submission in progress
• Features: offline-first sync, full-text search, RRULE recurring events, contact birthdays, widget
