Looks good, a few comments below

This is a separate, cloud-based JupyterLab environment (hosted on [Binder](https://mybinder.org/)) with all the analysis tools and example tutorials already installed. This PR populates the Learner profile pages on the docs, following a similar style to the previously implemented Educator and Researcher tabs (i.e. #386)
