Avoids Maven warning about parent.relativePath pointing to a different parent POM.
- Update Tycho version in `.mvn/extensions.xml` to `4.0.13`. - Set `complianceLevel` to `17.0` in `.genmodel` files. - Migrate from parent POM `eclipse-parent-updatesite` version `0.10.1` to `repository-parent` version `0.11.0`.
The root META-INF source folder made build-helper receive a null path under Tycho 4. Packaging still includes META-INF via build.properties.

The changes in the .classpath look ok to me.
I just wonder why they have been there in the first place.
