Note this will only go to OpenSCAP 1.4 (RHEL10 and other newer operating systems.) If you want it in 1.3 (RHEL9 or earlier and many other OSes), please open an other PR with this same change with a target branch of maint-1.3.

PanFS is a proprietary filesystem created by VDURA. It is not detected as a remote filesystem, so it need to be added to the remote filesystem list.
