Add cross-platform build and packaging assets plus a Windows GUI for applying translations. Changes include: - New Windows UI: Windows/GithubDesktopZhTool.UI.ps1 (GUI to detect app paths, apply/restore patches, create backups). - CLI tool: tools/ghd_zh_tool.py and cross-platform packaging helpers. - Build scripts: build/linux/* (bootstrap, build, WSL helper), build/windows/*, build/android/package_termux.ps1 and pyinstaller spec/work files for Linux builds. - Packaging: compose.yaml/compose.debug.yaml, docker-compose.override.yml, Dockerfile and .dockerignore for containerized workflows. - Editor config: .vscode/launch.json for debugging presets. - Android Termux package generator and README updates documenting usage and build instructions. - Remove checked-in binary GithubDesktopZhTool.exe and update README.md to reflect new tooling and instructions. - Add project memory file .claude/CLAUDE.md. This commit organizes tooling to support building and distributing the translation tool across Windows, Linux (WSL) and Android (Termux), and documents how to use the new scripts.
