Claude initialization can expire at the SDK’s independent 60-second default while its dispatch preparation admission is still valid. Carry the original absolute preparation deadline through PrepareRequest and the existing Claude bridge, and pass its remaining time to the pinned SDK startup option. Exhausted budgets and late readiness fail; adopting the Executor does not attach that deadline to its later Turns.
The Runtime–Harness protocol and English/Chinese onboarding documentation change together. No new setting, Core wire field, timeout constant, mount, filesystem cache or resource-view change is introduced.
Validation: full coordinator review and fresh independent GPT-6-Astra xhigh blind review found no P0/P1/P2 issues. Actual pinned SDK/bridge tests cover a 61-second initialization, exact remaining budget, short/expired budgets, cancellation and late-ready rejection; all 159 adapter tests pass. Go adapter/dispatch/owner checks, focused race ×50, build/vet, Darwin/Windows builds and documentation hygiene pass. Actual kernel FUSE six gates and owned-view nine subcases pass without skips. Rebase preserves the reviewed patch; focused post-rebase checks pass. Remote initialization and full native qualification remain separate pending gates.
