Move the console and TUI host to src and consume DMCBK and UMPK through NuGet. Replace the legacy client, GUI, debug tools and retired workflows with the MCC 2.0 solution, feature-grouped source and host tests. Add schema-2 plugin and marketplace frontends, Beacon .bcn tooling, localized presentation, diagnostics and Crowdin configuration. Rewrite the user and developer documentation, including architecture diagrams, command examples and chaptered Beacon and plugin tutorials. Update Unix installers, Windows development helpers, Docker Compose, build/test workflows and repository guidance. Use MIT for MCC code. Validation: 910 host tests pass; native Windows helper validation passes; documentation and Docker builds pass. Live vanilla 26.3 checks pass for chat, terrain, entities, inventory, books, movement, reconnect, source plugins and Beacon, with all eight built-in smoke checks passing.
