Summary
Adds a new resource account to cache the result of the account API call.
This will later be used by the Abilities API / MCP for gating MCP access based on the account's plan type. It can also be used in the future to determine whether creators may need to upgrade from their free plan to a paid one based on their subscriber count etc, without needing to repeatedly query the API.
