Run HackTricks Cloud Locally

The workflow below follows Git's documented clone, checkout, and pull operations and the repository's published language branches and container setup. [2][3][8][9][10]

# Download latest version of hacktricks cloud
git clone https://github.com/HackTricks-wiki/hacktricks-cloud

# Select the language you want to use
export HT_LANG="master" # Leave master for English
# "af" for Afrikaans
# "de" for German
# "el" for Greek
# "es" for Spanish
# "fr" for French
# "hi" for Hindi
# "it" for Italian
# "ja" for Japanese
# "ko" for Korean
# "pl" for Polish
# "pt" for Portuguese
# "sr" for Serbian
# "sw" for Swahili
# "tr" for Turkish
# "uk" for Ukrainian
# "zh" for Chinese

# Run the docker container indicating the path to the hacktricks-cloud folder
docker run -d --rm --platform linux/amd64 -p 3377:3000 --name hacktricks_cloud -v $(pwd)/hacktricks-cloud:/app ghcr.io/hacktricks-wiki/hacktricks-cloud/translator-image bash -c "mkdir -p ~/.ssh && ssh-keyscan -H github.com >> ~/.ssh/known_hosts && cd /app && git checkout $HT_LANG && git pull && MDBOOK_PREPROCESSOR__HACKTRICKS__ENV=dev mdbook serve --hostname 0.0.0.0"

The container command follows Docker's documented run interface and uses mdBook's HTTP preview server; the repository maps the container's port 3000 to local port 3377. [4][5][7]

Your local copy of HackTricks Cloud will be available at http://localhost:3377 after a minute. [2]

Alternatively, if you have Docker Compose, run this from the repository root: [2][6]

docker compose up

The bundled docker-compose.yml serves your currently checked-out branch at http://localhost:3377 with live reload. [2][6][7]
