Fix: Card name in card list and card name field are blank on admin side

Explanation of Change

Reads company card names from the shared workspace NVP (NVP_EXPENSIFY_COMPANY_CARDS_CUSTOM_NAMES), so admins see the same custom card names as the card owner (vice versa)

Precondition:

• Owner invited a member as admin to the workspace.

1. [Owner] Go to workspace settings > Company cards.
2. [Owner] Assign a card to owner.
3. [Admin] Go to workspace settings > Company cards.
4. [Admin] Click on owner's card.
5. [Admin] Click Card name field.
6. Verify that admin can see the owner's card name in card list (Step 3) and card name field (Step 5).
