This affects GEOS-Chem chemistry only (
_GCcompsets) and is answer-changing for GEOS-Chem compsets.It is highly preferable if this could go in CESM3.0 as it has high impact to outputs in GEOS-Chem 14.5+ (potentially earlier) in CESM and the answer changes only affect the GEOS-Chem compsets
