Scope\n- CompuMaster.EPPlus4: replace the workbook package read/write backend with System.IO.Compression.ZipArchive while retaining the existing public API and bundled legacy types for binary compatibility.\n- Preserve loading of existing encrypted XLSX files whose decrypted ZIP has a zeroed end-of-central-directory record, by validating and repairing a private in-memory copy.\n- ExcelOpsTest: add an XLSX ZIP round-trip regression test; existing encrypted-workbook tests cover the compatibility case.\n\nSecurity limits are intentionally deferred to a separate follow-up PR.\n\n## Validation\n- Multi-target Release build (net48, netstandard2.0, net6.0, net8.0)\n- EPPlus data facade tests on net48 and net8.0 (11 each)\n- Encrypted workbook opening tests on net48 and net8.0 (3 each)\n- API documentation check\n- No local HTML tests run.
