docs(locadex): update translations on main and fix zh Looker Studio MDX parsing

Summary

This PR translates the changes from 84dec50 on main.

It also includes a follow-up fix for the Chinese translation of the Looker Studio integration page. The zh page now uses an explicit Markdown link for https://lookerstudio.google.com, which prevents the MDX URL parsing failure during deploy.

Ported non-i18n updates from upstream: UDF beta promotion, BYOC GCP roles, JDBC type tables, lakehouse catalog writes, and a new ClickStack demo days page.
