- Introduce 6 tabs (general, chat, model, service, sync, system) to split the long Settings screen into manageable sections. - Add ARIA tab/tabpanel roles, keyboard navigation (Home/End/ArrowLeft/ArrowRight), and active-tab focus management. - Add matching CSS (.tabs, .tab) with responsive layout and selected/focus states, and i18n entries (cn, en) under Locale.Settings.Tabs.
