- Change designation to beta.
- Designate this branch as a release branch.
- Add a second ABI test to the CI: we test within the 3.2 branch (versus this point here, for now) to make sure we don't break anything new, and also against 3.1 to be sure that (as advertised) we are back-compatible with 3.1's ABI.
- Minor CHANGES touch-ups.
