convenience method for creating a new temporary file system store

LocalStore.create_temporary(name: str | None = None, **kwargs) would create a new local store in a temporary location, which would vary by platform. I think this would be nice!

just throwing out that a TemporaryStore wrapping LocalStore could be nice because it could be used as a context manager directly, cleaning up the temporary dir upon closure. I also feel this would fit nicely in the testing module (composing with LatencyStore), since it's usecase would be mostly for testing.

to coordinate access to the store across time or other tools. we probably want to just copy the signature of the underlying "create a temporary directory" routine we delegate to, e.g. https://docs.python.org/3/library/tempfile.html#tempfile.mkdtemp takes suffix and prefix arguments but doesn't let you declare the entire name, probably to guarantee that creation is race free. that seems fine too

i really like the idea of a generic TemporaryStore(AnyOtherStore) that cleans up after itself! That would be useful on loads of backends for transient data.
