[BUG] Missing topology: sof-ptl-rt722-l0-rt1320-l23.tplg

Describe the bug
kernel commit:
38ecd1384079 ("ASoC: Intel: soc-acpi-intel-ptl-match: Add support for rt722_l0_rt1320_l23")
added reference to sof-ptl-rt722-l0-rt1320-l23.tplg and this topology does not exist in sof builds.
also missing: sof-ptl-rt722-l0-rt1320-l23-2ch.tplg, we have only a -4ch topology.

@ujfalusi , the board currently support PCH_DMIC 4 ch only. I can add the 2ch as well if it requires.
@bardliao , the default Soundwire function topologies rt722, rt1320 suppose to load if Disco table is ready in BIOS ?

@macchian The issue is there is no "sof-ptl-rt722-l0-rt1320-l23.tplg" in SOF. We need the topology when the rt722 DMIC is used.

Created two topologies at #10473 and for PCH_DMIC only we need to disable codec dmic PR at thesofproject/linux#5640
