Not able to start

When I run the npm start, I'm getting this error

Do you have gulp installed globally?

Steps for windows:
1: MSBuild Tool 2013 use https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40760
2: ts-node installed globally npm install -g ts-node
3: Run the Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
4: npm install —msvs_version=2013(or 2015 whatever you have)
5: npm start

I got an error on running it as well on windows but it told me it was due to a dependency on HighCharts that it couldn't find. This is the free version right? Why does it have a dependency in "project.config.ts" on HighCharts? As far as I can tell HighCharts is not used in the free version.

i have the same issue with macOs Sierra. Any suggestion?

this theme usages old version of angular, try https://github.com/start-angular/SB-Admin-BS4-Angular-2 which is written in angular4
