This Commercial License is an alternative to the Business Source License 1.1
(BUSL-1.1) and the AGPL-3.0 Change License that governs the open-source release
of Sourcemeta One. By purchasing a Commercial License, you receive the
following benefits:

LICENSE GRANT:

Subject to the terms of this agreement, Sourcemeta grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software,
including the Enterprise edition, without the restrictions of the BUSL-1.1 or
AGPL-3.0 licenses. This includes:

1. Proprietary Integration: Integrate the Software into proprietary products
   and services without open-source disclosure requirements.

2. Enterprise Edition: Access to the Enterprise edition of Sourcemeta One,
   which includes additional features not available in the open-source release.

3. Private Modifications: Create and maintain modifications to the Software
   without the obligation to disclose or open-source your changes.

PREMIUM SUPPORT:

Commercial License holders receive premium support from Sourcemeta, including:

1. Priority Support: Dedicated support channels with guaranteed response times.

2. Technical Assistance: Direct access to Sourcemeta engineers for integration,
   deployment, and troubleshooting assistance.

3. Updates and Upgrades: Access to all updates, patches, and new releases
   during the license term.

RESTRICTIONS:

1. You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer the Commercial License to third
   parties without written consent from Sourcemeta.

2. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on
   the Software.

NO WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SOURCEMETA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
