[Feature]: Custom Quick Settings tiles and Backup/restore #504

Description

@Dondrejohnson5

Problem Statement

I am coming from a real powerful quick settings app back in the day called Shortcutter. It allowed us to make any quick settings shortcut from a particular app, app activity or regular app shortcut (that you could also place on your home launcher), and allowed us to export/import our selections as well. Sadly, it seems to have been depreciated since 2020, and will no longer be available to download on an Android version too far above its target Android version.

Proposed Solution

I would like to see custom quick settings also make their way to Essentials, at least 10 of them, supporting app launch, app activities and app shortcuts, with an export/import function should I switch a different phone and want to retain my custom quick settings.
A crucial part of this feature is the ability to replicate the icon from the app/app activity, examples from Shortcutter shown in the screenshot below, save the built-in camera/mic access QS.

Image

Alternative apps I tried either did it poorly or not at all, which makes them jarring should I, on Android 16 QPR1 or newer, want to squeeze the quick settings down from a regular 2x1 to a 1x1, showing only the icon

Alternatives Considered

Shortcut Maker - makes shortcuts well, but does not support quick settings, only home launcher
Quikshort - cannot associate proper app activity icon with the quick setting created; only defaults to generic icon for each one
Tile Shortcuts - cannot export and import in case of an uninstall or device factory reset. Also does not support Google One backup/restore

Priority

Medium - Would improve my experience
