[Feature]: granular control auto freeze

Problem Statement

yes i want to auto freeze app in certain condition like:
• if swiped from recent
• if app no longer have foreground task (media playing, downloading etc²)

but current option doesn't allow user yet

Proposed Solution

allow app to detect others app activity i think possible via ADB app like Brevent are using it

Alternatives Considered

N / A

Priority

High - Critical for my use case
