chore: rename project to "Roots of Unity" and update package configurations

- Updated project name in package-lock.json and package.json.
- Removed gh-pages dependency and related scripts from package.json.
- Changed Vite base path for deployment.
- Added GitHub Actions workflow for automatic deployment to GitHub Pages.
- Created CNAME file for custom domain "therootsofunity.ca".
