(.* table) emits incorrect SQL statement

I found the field selection notation under the mysql dialect produces incorrect SQL statements.

For example
```racket
(parameterize ((current-sql-dialect 'mysql))
  (sql-statement->string (select (.* user) #:from user)))
```

produces

```sql
SELECT (user).* FROM user
```

which is invalid.
