Dealing with non-CMSSW repositories

How to deal with them?

• could just assume the location of the #include is relative, so #include "myEvent.h" is in the same folder as current file, and #include "../myObj.h" is in parent folder?
• options page for user to manually add header directory for a given repo?
• utilise the github API?
