Bug description:

Trying to compile Python main branch for Windows 11 and got error for Unable to find package 'pythonx86'

Step To Reproduce:

  1. Clone Python source
  2. Execute PCbuild\build.bat -c Debug -p x64

Full Error:

Using "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Enterprise\MSBuild\Current\Bin\amd64\MSBuild.exe"  (found in the PATH)
Installing Python via nuget...
