What to package for EPEL?

As a dependency of compliance-masonry, I am going to package doc-template for inclusion in RHEL/Fedora/EPEL.

I've noticed this is a fork of https://github.com/nguyenthenguyen/docx. Would it make more sense to package upstream, or is the fork truly needed?
