feat: npmx CLI / TUI

Describe the feature

Expose npmx.dev as a command-line interface and/or terminal user interface. This would bring the superior npm browsing experience to the terminal, making it easier for devs to use npmx closer to their development environment.

A nice way to distribute this would be through the now-parked npmx package: npmx.dev/package/npmx.

This is obviously a big endeavour, so dividing it up into smaller milestones would be useful. For example:

1. just expose searching for packages and viewing basic information (I made a PoC here using OpenTUI)
2. package management, related to the existing npx-connector
3. social features, atproto login
4. additional tools and functionality
