Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A lot of profile fields should not be changed by the users in our Nextcloud, like their role, name and image. We need these fields to be managed by the admin. Now, we ask everyone to kindly set the correct data in those fields.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Allow the admin to change the user profile from the contacts app.
• Let the admin specify which fields can be update by the user, admin or both

Describe alternatives you've considered
App Profile Fields, but that one only adds extra fields. Does nothing for existing fields.
